By placing an order on this site you agree to the following terms.

1. Service

Btcrecharge resells prepaid top-ups and digital vouchers through an external API. We do not operate the carrier networks and we do not custody your funds beyond the time required to settle the upstream order.

2. Payment

All orders are settled in Bitcoin (Lightning Network or on-chain). Once a payment is confirmed it cannot be reversed unilaterally.

3. Refunds

If the upstream provider cannot fulfil the order, the BTC will be refunded to the refund address you supplied during checkout. If no refund address was supplied, contact support with your order ID.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use this service for fraud, money laundering, or any activity prohibited under applicable law.

5. No warranty

This service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages stemming from carrier downtime, delivery delays or exchange-rate movement.
